No heating call Framingham ma

We responded to a no heat service call and found the pilot out and a bad thermo couple on a 25 year gas furnace. We replaced the thermocouple and started up the heat. Recommended to the customer to replace the old gas furnace with a new 97% high efficiency Trane gas furnace. I also let the customer know that they could get 0% financing from Mass Save to pay for this project. In addition they can get a $450 rebate from there local gas company and save 30% on their heating bill.
