We removed two old Skuttle drum humidifiers with two new Aprilaire 600 whole house humidifiers with a constant water filtering system and filter humidifier pad. New humidifiers are automatically controlled with outdoor temperature sensors. Also new digital humidistats were installed.

Gas Furnace Replacement and new A/C installation in Framingham, ma

We replaced old 80% gas furnace with a new Trane 97% efficient furnace and added central A/C Trane coil and 16 Seer outdoor condenser. Customer will get a $450 rebate for the new furnace and $400 for the A/C install. We also installed a Nest learning thermostat with Wifi that they can control from there computer or smart phone. They get a $100 rebate for that also and save on operational costs. This customer should save 30% or more on there heating costs due to this installation.

LG ductless install Framingham ma

We are installing 5 new interior LG ductless heat pump A/C units in this architectural designed house with cathedral ceilings and not much attic space. This heat pump system is going to help heat and cool this house efficiently. Each unit has it’s own wireless remote that can be controlled from anywhere in the room. This system also allows you to set the unit on fan only to help circulate the air in the house and clean the air for better air quality! Customer will save money on cooling and heating costs and get rebates from mass save and cool smart.
